This type apartments feature large living rooms and modern kitchen with dinning area, two bedrooms, one with king size bed and the other with 2 single beds. Sofa in the living room can be used to sleep, where we also provide mattresses that are placed over the existing mattress, so that sleeping can be very comfortable. Apartment Type Lux covers an area of about 65m2. All apartments have fully equipped kitchen and all have a terrace. This type of apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults.

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking By making a deposit, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below:
•The reserved number of days will be charged even if the stay is shorter. The villa does not consider bad weather as the reason for the guest's early departure.
• For all bookings made directly through Villa Barovic, if canceled up to 7 days before arrival, the money will be refunded, but if the reservation is canceled later, the down payment will not be refunded.
• Prices are per accommodation unit, daily, without city tax, which is charged separately (120 dinars per person / day, children from 7 to 15 years old pay 60 dinars, and for children under 7 years, no fee is charged
The stay is charged exclusively in dinars equivalent at the average course of the National Bank of Serbia, on the day of payment.
